The Total Swag is shipped standard ground within the continental United States. Normal delivery is approximately 10 days. International deliveries are shipped standard air and normally take 10 to 20 days depending on the country and customs regulations.
Refunds are accepted if returned within seven days of receipt. Buyer pays return shipping. Replacement guaranteed if the Total Swag is delivered damaged. Replacement will be of equivalent design and be of the same color and style.
